Through a combination of scholarships and personalized, need-based financial aid packages, Mills is committed to making our uniquely powerful education accessible and affordable to as many students as possible. In the 2017-18 school year, more than 80 percent of our students received some form of financial aid to help support their dream of a Mills education. Beginning in fall 2018, we continued to break barriers again by dramatically lowering our undergraduate tuition by 36%. Our continued goal is to partner with you, your support network, and both state and federal aid programs to provide access to students of all backgrounds so they can experience a life-changing education that prepares them to be leaders in their careers and communities.
The Net Price Calculator provides an estimate of what a new first-year, undergraduate student will receive in merit aid while attending Mills College. The cost of attendance and financial aid calculations are an estimate based on a modest increase of our 2019/2020 incoming first-year class and may not be reflective of changes made in subsequent years. This calculator is not intended for use by graduate, transfer, readmitted, continuing, international non-resident visa holders, or part-time students, who should instead contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
