Through a combination of scholarships and personalized, need-based financial aid packages, Mills is committed to making our uniquely powerful education accessible and affordable to as many students as possible. In the 2017-18 school year, more than 80 percent of our students received some form of financial aid to help support their dream of a Mills education. Beginning in fall 2018, we continued to break barriers again by dramatically lowering our undergraduate tuition by 36%. Our continued goal is to partner with you, your support network, and both state and federal aid programs to provide access to students of all backgrounds so they can experience a life-changing education that prepares them to be leaders in their careers and communities.
The Net Price Calculator provides an estimate of what a new first-year, undergraduate student will receive in merit aid while attending Mills College. The cost of attendance and financial aid calculations are an estimate and is not an exact determination of students tuition and fees or of their financial aid offer. This calculator is not intended for use by graduate, transfer, readmitted, continuing, international non-resident visa holders, or part-time students, who should instead contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
