Welcome!

We are happy you are exploring how to plan and pay for your college education. By using the net price calculator, you can estimate your eligibility for scholarship, grants and other financial aid, as well as your out-of-pocket expenses. Colleges have different resources and financial aid policies, so your "net price" will vary from institution to institution.

We understand that paying for college is an important commitment and decision. That is why we are here to help you. If you have questions about financial aid, please contact us at sfs@une.edu

The U.S. Department of Education has made significant changes to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2024-25 academic year to streamline and simplify the financial aid process. These changes include replacing the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) with the Student Aid Index (SAI). The University of New England True Cost Calculator was developed to provide future college students an estimate of their SAI and potential financial aid.  Actual financial aid based on the 2024-25 FAFSA and your SAI may be significantly different than the estimates provided. Learn more about coming changes to the FAFSA.
