If you qualify for the Paydirt Promise program, you may be eligible to attend UTEP without having to pay out-of-pocket for the cost of tuition and mandatory fees. 

To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Resident of Texas
2. Family Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of $75,000 or less
3. Pursuing first bachelor's degree
4. Enroll full-time in courses that are part of your degree plan
5. Expect to file the FAFSA/TASFA by March 15th
6. Demonstrate financial need based on your FAFSA or TASFA information
